At Spruce Int Sdn Bhd, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you.
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be purchased directly from our official website. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except for defective items). Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will arrange for a replacement product of the same item or an equivalent product of equal value (subject to stock availability).
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange once opened. Please contact our support team for clarification.
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, issue description, and photos (if applicable). Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for product return or replacement. Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement within 5–7 working days.
If the exchange is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged item), Spruce Int Sdn Bhd will cover all shipping costs. If the exchange is due to customer preference, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
